1) How can I pay for my order?
There are three methods of payment:
For oversea customer:
- Bank transfer (Taiwan/ Macau customers are available)
For HK local customer:
- On-line Bank transfer (Bank of China/ HSBC)
- Cash on Delivery

ask whatever you want to know about the product and process. We will give you a bank
account for direct transfer.
|You are also welcome to
contact us via email: email@example.com to place your order. Please jot down your
preferred product in the email, and contact in the email, we will reply you the next step when we received your email.
|Online Payment (preferably oversea customers):
|We invite you to use your
PayPal account for your online order. Kindly remind that to register as
our member before buying online.
We will send you a confirmation notice instantly if received your order. After confirm
your payment, we send email to let you know and deliver your product as soon as possible.
Should I register as the member before online buying?
Yes. If you are in oversea country! Please register before purchasing. It is because we provide delivery service to your registered address. And also we will email the coupon or special offer to you in the near future upon your contact information to thanks for your purchasing. Certainly, you are welcome to directly contact us via (852) 3575 1535 or firstname.lastname@example.org for further detail.
Otherwise, you are not necessary to register as member if you are in Hong Kong.
It is because making email are phone call are the most convenient method to buy and contact with us.
3) When can I receive my product?
||- Without laser engraving service:
|If you are local
customer, estimated 2-3 days you will receive by registered mail.
If you are in oversea, it is usually to receive it during 6-10 business days after you
placed your order.
|- Including laser engraving service:
|Need extra 5 days for
production upon the delivery date mentioned above. Once we receive your order, we will
send you a confirmation email. Also, we will email you the tracking number and estimated
date received after confirm your payment.
4) Any exceptional case of delivery?
What can I do if I am not satisfied my product?
Free delivery is not included to send oversea - The parcel to south Asia, we would recommend to mail by air with registration in normal case. Certainly, we are welcome to choose your preference courier express if your order is in urgent.
Please free feel to tell us to give you a quotation to compare the fee of courier express and post by mail.
For Hong Kong Local Free delivery, the address should be commercial / industrial building in non-faraway district and please calculate 1 day for the delivery.
The below fields are not in our list of free delivery:

Sure. You are welcome to come along our Tsuen Wan workshop to get your gift or meet us at Tsuen Wan to Mong Kok MTR station after office hours to receive the products.
